We looked at about 50 houses after that, and Jim was patient with us. Jim found us our dream house, which turned out to be in a very different location then the home I would have purchased 14 months sooner and regretted! When we met Jim and Paul, they offered us help and they were not even our realtors at the time. We met while we were at dinner and going over things to try and understand what we were doing because the realtor we did have was not as helpful as we hoped as first time buyers. We met Jim through another agent in another part of the state who had shared with us that Jim was one of the best in the business and the "leading agent in the area". After my wife and I had the opportunity to meet Jim and work with him, those comments were grossly understated! Jim helped us sell our house in Ephrata after it neglected to sell for over a year. He was given a challenge, since houses that set on the market for that long have tenancies to draw bad opinions on them. Our house sold in the first month he had it listed on the marked. If you do your research Jim is one of the top selling agents in PA. There is a reason for it. I've known Jim Pappas for 10+ years and tell everyone I know to call him to get their house sold. He sold our last two homes in less than 1 week, one in 2006 and one in 2013. I've worked with numerous realtors in the past, to buy and sell homes, in the Lancaster area, Washington, DC, and NYC, and Jim shines far above any I've encountered.
